      Flies carrying one copy of trpP365.tYa in a wild-type background have an electroretinogram (ERG) with a slightly reduced amplitude and a much slower time course of decay at stimulus offset than wild-type flies. Flies carrying two copies of trpP365.tYa in a wild-type background have an ERG very similar to that of trpP365/+ flies both in amplitude and waveform.
