      Over expression of Cele\F11C7.4IntraCE.Scer\UAS.T:Rnor\CD2 when driven by Scer\GAL4da.G32 produces embryos with an epidermis that develops as a multilayered tissue (unlike the single layered epithelium seen in wild-type embryos). The cells also show defective polarity characteristics.
