Description

A genomic fragment containing the mei-217 open reading frame and some upstream sequences is fused to cDNA sequences encoding the mei-218 coding region. A Tag:FLAG tag is inserted between the two open reading frames, resulting in the deletion of the last 6 amino acids of mei-217.
