Construct: Contains a 2.2kb BamHI-EcoRI fragment and a 4.3kb EcoRI-EcoRI fragment from the Dp gene, resulting in a Dp minigene which lacks most of the large first intron. The 2.2kb BamHI-EcoRI fragment also contains at least part of the CG4643 gene.
