Description

An Hsp70 promoter fragment (a 457bp XbaI-XmnI 5' non-translated sequence) is inserted into the SacI-blunted site of plasmid pBacΔSac. This places the Hsp70 promoter sequences upstream of the putative Tni\piggyBac\T promoter.
