Mutant larvae expressing CG18445^EP2324 under the control of Scer\GAL4^elav-C155 have ISN neuron pathfinding defects. Mutant larvae expressing CG18445^EP2324 under the control of Scer\GAL4^elav-C155 have excessive or ectopic synapses.

In the ventral muscle region of mutant larvae expressing CG18445^EP2324 under the control of Scer\GAL4^elav-C155 the muscle 12 synapse is abnormal.
