Description

Hsp83 promoter sequences including 873bp of 5' flanking sequence, the first non-coding exon and the translational start site are fused to the DNA-binding domain (amino acids 1-94) of Scer\GAL4 followed by dl amino acids 2 to 678. A Tag:nt1 tag is present at the 3' end of the dl sequence. The dl sequence contains a triple mutation in the RHD that prevents DNA binding.
