Description

twi enhancer sequences (two tandem copies of a modified 250bp PE enhancer that contains optimal dl operator sites and twi protein binding sites) are separated from a mutated Kr coding region (which has mutations in the CtBP corepressor interaction motif, amino acid replacements P464A, E465A and D466A) by an FRT cassette containing a stop site.
