Description

A fragment containing the rho NEE enhancer with a synthetic h protein binding site at each end is fused upstream of two tandem copies of the minimal 533bp Ance enhancer which are fused upstream of a minimal eve promoter driving lacZ expression. A 340bp spacer fragment (containing Ecol\CAT sequence) is present between the NEE enhancer and Ance enhancer sequences.
