Description

Two tandem copies of the minimal 533bp Ance enhancer, with a synthetic h protein binding site at each end of each copy are fused upstream of two tandem copies of the 250bp twi PE enhancer which are fused upstream of a minimal eve promoter driving lacZ expression. A 340bp spacer fragment (containing Ecol\CAT sequence) is present between the Ance and twi enhancer sequences.
