      One out of three insertions of P{hsp70:DTBZ1} results in a statistically significant reduction in the rate of germline excision of M{peach} from P{M{peach}wpch} caused by P{hsp70:Mos1} (tested in D.melanogaster). Expression of Dtei\mariner\TDTBZ1.hs using heat shock results in a small but not significant reduction in the rate of germline excision of M{peach} from P{M{peach}wpch} caused by P{hsp26-Sgs3:Mos1} (tested in D.melanogaster).
