Description

The αTub84B promoter is separated from a chimeric fz::fz2 coding region by an FRT cassette containing wGMR.PW. The chimeric fz::fz2 coding region consists of the N-terminal domain of fz (the first 242 amino acids) fused to the transmembrane and C-terminal domains of fz2.
