      When dsf1-172.Scer\UAS.T:Hsim\VP16 is driven by Scer\GAL4dpp.blk1 malformed legs are seen. A distorted limb with ectopic structures emerging from multiple positions along the femur/tibia is seen. Also duplications are seen in the third antennal segment. Mutants have small rough eyes, or in some cases a complete loss of eye tissue.
