      Expression of Dmag\AntpScer\UAS.cSa under the control of Scer\GAL4dpp.blk1 results in transformation of the antennae to leg and of the dorsal head to thorax. Expression of Dmag\AntpScer\UAS.cSa under the control of Scer\GAL4Antp.P1 inhibits development of the ventral thorax; larvae show defects in the ventral epidermis, including reduction of the ventral denticle belts, loss of Keilin's organs and loss of the ventral cuticle (large holes are seen in the ventral thorax).
