      Expression of Dmag\AntpCKII.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4dpp.blk1 results in antenna to leg transformation. Expression of Dmag\AntpCKII.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4Antp.P1 results in a larval cuticle phenotype; loss of Keilin's organs is seen and the T2/T3 denticle belts are greatly reduced.
