      Expression of Antp::Dmag\AntpDapDmDm.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4dpp.blk1 results in antenna to leg transformation. Expression of Antp::Dmag\AntpDapDmDm.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4Antp.P1 results in a larval cuticle phenotype; small cuticular holes are seen in the ventral thorax.
