    Description

    An "extra" nucleotide in HeT-A\gag9D4 changes the reading frame for HeT-A\gag9D4 relative to HeT-A\gag from retrotransposon 23Zn-1. The two sequences are read in different frames for 55 codons, until an "extra" nucleotide in 23Zn-1 moves the reading frames into synchrony.
