    When Gp150k11120b/Gp150k11107b clones are made in the eye mutant ommatidia are seen. No specific photoreceptor cell type is found to be mutant at a higher proportion than the others in these clones.

    Mutant adults exhibit a phenotype in the ocellar bristles and sensory organs over the notum. Multiple socket cells are often developed in sensory organs. The external shaft is also often missing or duplicated. Moreover there are cases where both socket and shaft cells are absent in sensory organs.
