    Statement
    Reference

The developmental delay of Ccos\fa1 mutant males seen under 16 hours light : 8 hours dark conditions is recovered if they are also carrying Ccos\npd1. In the double mutants, eclosion starts at 33 days and ends 55 days after oviposition. 50% of the male flies have completed their eclosion around 37 days after oviposition.

Ccos\pernpd/Ccos\pernpd ; Ccos\npd1/Ccos\npd1 females and Ccos\pernpd/Y ; Ccos\npd1/Ccos\npd1 males are arrhythmic in adult eclosion and larval photoperiodism is absent. Ccos\pernpd/+ ; Ccos\npd1/+ females and Ccos\pernpd/Y ; Ccos\npd1/+ males are weakly rhythmic in adult eclosion and larval photoperiodism is normal.
