      Increased numbers of crystal cells are seen in heat shocked NIC.Scer\UAS ; Scer\GAL4hs.PB larvae at late third instar. These larvae also have increased numbers of Bc expressing cells in the larval lymph glands. There is no increase in the numbers of lamellocytes 48 hours after parasitization of second instar larvae by the wasp L.boulardi in NIC.Scer\UAS; Scer\GAL4unspecified larvae, compared to wild-type.
