Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a human androgen receptor (Hsap\AR) modified as follows: polyglutamine repeats are increased from 20 to 52; the C-terminal 301 residues, which include the nuclear localisation signal, ligand binding domain and a transactivation function, are deleted; the N-terminal is fused to a nuclear export signal sequence (Tag:NES(xMAPKK)).
