A heat shock promoter drives expression of the 5' UTR of Hsp70, nucleotides 20-699 of GstD2 (this sequence includes 32bp of the GstD2 5' UTR, but does not include GstD2 3' UTR sequences) and the 3' UTR of Act5C.
