Description

Sequences encoding a mutated form of ptc that lacks most of the second extracellular loop (amino acids 738-939 are deleted and replaced by a VEV linker) are separated from UAS regulatory sequences by an FRT cassette that contains Rnor\Cd2 sequence and a y+t* marker.
