Mobilisation of the P{EP}MESR6EP3142 element, resulting in a P{EP} insertion upstream of the Mkp3 transcription unit, with the P{EP} element inserted such that overexpression from the P{EP} element results in overexpression of Mkp3. The progenitor P{EP}MESR6EP3142 insertion is also still present on the chromosome.
