      Only 34% of BEST:RE41386EP-M269; Scer\GAL4sca-4512 embryos have ventral nerve cord phenotypes. 29% of these embryos show complete loss of ventral nerve cord commissures and long stretches of longitudinal connectives. The remaining 71% of affected embryos have less severe ventral nerve cord disruptions, specifically to the commisures.
