Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a chimeric construct consisting of the smo extracellular cysteine-rich domain, the fz transmembrane domains and the smo cytoplasmic tail. The chimeric protein is tagged with Tag:MYC immediately following the smo putative signal sequence.
