Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a chimeric construct consisting of the smo cysteine-rich domain and the fz transmembrane domains and cytoplasmic tail. The chimeric protein is tagged with Tag:MYC immediately following the smo putative signal sequence and with Tag:HA immediately before the fz stop codon.
