Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a chimeric protein that is composed of the extracellular and transmembrane regions of Mmus\Cd8a fused to a portion of the cytoplasmic domain of Egfr (which includes the kinase domain but lacks the C-tail). The protein is tagged at the C-terminal end with GFP.
