Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a chimeric construct consisting of the extracellular and transmembrane domains of kek1 fused to the cytoplasmic domain of Egfr with an internal deletion encompassing the entire kinase domain. The chimeric protein is tagged at the C-terminal end with GFP.
