Description

The dpp disk enhancer described in FBrf0051824 drives lacZ expression. The orientation of the 3 kb enhancer fragment to lacZ is opposite relative to that of the enhancer to dpp coding region in vivo and matches that in P{TnJMB2} (FBtp0004772) described in FBrf0051842.
