      Some male sterility is seen in mfrnEY01302/Df(3R)ED6277 flies raised on normal food. Fertility is increased in mfrnEY01302/Df(3R)ED6277 males raised on high iron food. mfrnEY01302/Df(3R)ED6277 males raised on low iron food show high sterility and their testes contain very few elongated spermatids.
