      cpoΔ125 flies have a wild-type sensitivity to seizures induced by a high frequency stimulus; the mean seizure threshold in cpoΔ125 flies is 29.0 +/- 4.5 V. The firing threshold of the giant fiber in cpoΔ125 flies is not significantly different from wild type.
