Adults expressing brk^{NLSW.Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1,T:SV40\nls2} under the control of Scer\GAL4^en-e16E are recovered at 25-30^oC. They show loss of wing tissue or a fusion of veins IV and V and loss of the posterior crossvein. Expression of brk^{NLSW.Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1,T:SV40\nls2} under the control of Scer\GAL4^C-765 at 30^oC results in wings that are slightly smaller than normal and that have vein defects, including extra crossveins.
