      Some adults expressing brkA438-C.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4en-e16E are recovered at 25-30oC, but they show substantial loss of posterior wing tissue and veins. Expression of brkA438-C.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4C-765 results in almost complete loss of the wing blade at 25oC.
