      Expression of SppScer\UAS.cCa under the control of Scer\GAL4en-e16E results in a dramatic reduction in size of the posterior compartment of the wing, due to wing notching. Co-expression of SppdsRNA.Scer\UAS suppresses the wing notching caused by expression of SppScer\UAS.cCa under the control of Scer\GAL4en-e16E.
