      Expression of Gprk1K220R.hs.T:Hsap\MYC using heat shock does not appear to affect the morphology of the photoreceptor cells. Flies expressing Gprk1K220R.hs.T:Hsap\MYC using heat shock show a pronounced increase in the amplitude of the electroretinogram (ERG) compared to wild type, but there is no apparent effect on the termination of the photoresponse.
