FRT-w+mW.hs cassette has been excised, bringing Ctet\TeTxLC coding sequences (amino acid replacements E234V and H237V) under the control of UAS sequences.
Ethanol-induced hyperactivity is unaffected in flies expressing the catalytically inactive Ctet\TeTxLCIMPTNT.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4ple.PF.
Expression of Ctet\TeTxLCTNT.Scer\UAS in Scer\GAL4c346-expressing neurons does not result in reduced ethanol-induced hyperactivity.
Flies expressing Ctet\TeTxLCIMPTNT.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF show no defects in optomotor behaviour.
