Description

A tubulin promoter drives expression of EGFP tagged with a mutated mir-7 target sequence (UGUUUCCUGCGUGUUGUCUUCCA) in its 3' UTR, in order to create a 8mer 'seed' GUCUUCCA at the 5' end, the rest of the target sequence lacking complementarity.
