Description

A tubulin promoter drives expression of EGFP tagged with the micro RNA (mir-7, mir-79) target sequence from the bap gene 3' UTR (CCAAUCGAUGUGCCCAUAGCUUUAG) in its 3' UTR. The sequence UAGCUUUA creates an 8mer 'seed' site.
