Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a mutated form of H which lacks the 7 C-terminal amino acids (PLNLSKH, which constitute the CtBP-binding motif) and in which the gro protein-binding motif has been disrupted (sequence changed from YSIHHSLLG to AAAHSAAG).
