Driving the expression of Cyp12a4Scer\UAS.cBa in the larval midgut and Malpighian tubules under the regulation of Scer\GAL4Cyp6g1.Cs results in a 1.5-1.8-fold increase in lufenuron resistance compared to wild-type. Driving the expression of Cyp12a4Scer\UAS.cBa in the midgut, fat body and Malpighian tubules under the regulation of Scer\GAL4Cyp6g1.HR results in a 1.5-1.7-fold increase in lufenuron resistance compared to wild-type. Driving the expression of Cyp12a4Scer\UAS.cBa in the midgut, fat body and Malpighian tubules under the regulation of Scer\GAL4Cyp6g1.HR does not confer resistance to iszinon, nitenpyram, or dicyclanil.
