      Herp29c2 mutants do not exhibit any obvious phenotype when maintained at 25oC.

      Exposure of Herp29c2 flies to 60mM tunicamycin, an inhibitor of protein N-glycosylation and an ER stress inducer, results in 27% survival after 72 hours.
