Gene conversion due to excision of P{PZ}Abd-B05649 using Abd-BcMa.R73 as an ectopic template, resulting in an 820bp deletion that removes the Promoter targeting Sequence (PTS) from the iab-7 region. This corresponds to sequence positions 64,229 to 65,049 (SEQ89E).
