Imprecise excision of the P{bluetail} element resulting in an internal deletion with the distal breakpoint at 83,791kb (SEQ89E) and the proximal breakpoint at 101,096. This removes the Fab-7 boundary element and the entire iab-6 domain.

      In Abd-BFab-6,7.1 males the 5th and 6th abdominal segments are largely reduced in size. In extreme cases, these flies harbor only rudiments of the 5th and 6th abdominal segments. This phenotype corresponds to a strong transformation of A5 and A6 towards A7.
