Description

Tag:HA-tagged arr is separated from UAS regulatory sequences by a w+* cassette flanked by FRT sites. The arr coding sequences are fused in frame to sequences encoding the Tag:HA tag so that the tag would be at the C-terminus of the expressed product. The coding regions are followed by a αTub84B 3' UTR.
