An FRT flip-out cassette containing y+t7.7 and Rnor\Cd2 sequences separates UAS sequences from truncated Dl coding region fused in frame at the end of the sequence encoding 'ESYDSVTFDA' to sequence encoding Ubiquitin (GSPMQIFVRTLTGRTITLEVEPSDTIENVRARIQDREGIPPDQQRLI).
