The morphology, body weight, and locomotion of flies expressing Hsap\PQBP1Scer\UAS.cYa under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PLu is not significantly different from those of control flies.

Flies expressing Hsap\PQBP1Scer\UAS.cYa under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PLu exhibit a decline in long-term memory in comparison to control flies. However, the learning ability of these flies is not inferior to that of control flies.

Male flies expressing Hsap\PQBP1Scer\UAS.cYa under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PLu exhibit abnormal courtship behaviour approximately 80% of the time, compared to never in control flies.
