Description

UASt regulatory sequences are fused upstream of sequence encoding full-length SPE (amino acids 1-400) tagged with Tag:V5. The catalytic S346 residue has been mutated (amino acid replacement S346A) to stabilize the active form of the expressed product after zymogen cleavage.
