Description

UASt regulatory sequences are fused upstream of sequence encoding full-length SPE (amino acids 1-400) tagged with Tag:V5. The catalytic S346 residue has been mutated (amino acid replacement S346A) and the zymogen activation site (DA-IFGG) has been mutated to (DA-IFGG).
