      In crosses of mfrZ0695/Df(3L)h-i22 males to wild-type females, there are 85% inseminated eggs compared to crosses performed with control males. However, the sperm does not undergo nuclear condensation.

      Egg patterning is not affected in mfrZ6248/Df(3L)h-i22 females.
